Switching from html to pdf

Since 1995 I have had a file called sterncv.html on the web. It was created by Laura Guild at Boston University and has followed me around the world till eventually it settled on sterndavidi.com. But now I have deleted it and switched to a pdf CV only. I still have all my publications listed on two webpages with links to RePEc or journal websites. The reason I made this change are:1.
